What are the components of the insulating glass equipment production line?

It adopts high-pressure circulating fan, double air knife and double water squeezing to improve the quality and efficiency of air drying. The high-temperature resistant brush can easily clean LOW-E and coated glass.
4. The fully automatic glue sealing line can automatically complete the glue sealing work of the glass edge glue. The auxiliary suction cup is equipped with a clamping design, which can eliminate the curvature of the tempered glass and prevent the glue from overflowing during gluing. The glue nozzle is made of rigid material, highly wear-resistant, and equipped with a scanner to automatically identify the depth of the aluminum strip and automatically control the amount of glue output, making the gluing effect smoother and without air lines. It can automatically detect the depth of gluing and accurately identify the depth of gluing. The automatic spatula system of the glue gun ensures that the glass angle is full and smooth.
5. The aluminum strip bending machine uses CNC servo motor feeding and CNC bending angle control system. It can bend triangles, giant shapes, regular pentagons, main sides, arcs and other shapes.
6. Molecular sieve filling machine is a must-have equipment in the production of bent insulating glass. The middle of the back of the aluminum strip is punched, and the canning and automatic sealing are carried out. It can fill the automatically bent aluminum frame and the ordinary straight angle aluminum frame. Filling under closed conditions solves the failure of the desiccant water device, improves the efficiency and life of the insulating glass.
7. Butyl adhesive coating machine Evenly apply butyl hot melt adhesive on the aluminum spacer frame of the insulating glass. This machine is an automatic adhesive strip coating machine, that is, the aluminum spacer frame is manually supported for side-by-side operation. It is the equipment for applying the first sealant to the insulating glass.
8. The glass loading and unloading machine can select the number of suction cups according to the size and thickness of the glass. Large insulating glass processing plants will also choose gantry cranes to increase the load-bearing capacity and ensure the safety of production. If the factory has a high degree of automation, you can also choose a fully automatic loading and unloading machine, connect the idle and sealing line, reduce labor costs, and improve production efficiency.
