What equipment is needed for insulating glass production
Insulating glass production equipment, is used to produce insulating glass processing machinery and equipment. The production of insulating glass equipment are glass cutting machine, glass grinding machine, glass cleaning machine, glass up and down machine, aluminium bending machine, molecular sieve canning machine, butyl adhesive coating machine, combined sheet pressing, insulating glass sealing machine and so on.
The following is to introduce several kinds of equipment
1. Glass washing machine. Glass washing machine is an efficient glass washing and drying of the necessary equipment, now most of the use of vertical washing machine, glass can be fed, washing, drying, discharging for continuous production, each section of the sole production set the operating speed, that is, simple and fast. 5. Molecular sieve canning machine. It is a necessary equipment in the production of bending insulating glass. The back of aluminium bar is perforated in the middle, canned and sealed automatically. It can fill automatic bending and forming aluminium frames and ordinary straight inserted corner aluminium frames. Filling in closed conditions, solve the desiccant water failure, improve the rate and insulating glass life.
6.Aluminium bar bending machine. Adopt CNC servo motor feeding, CNC bending angle control system. Four storage tanks, can be stored 4 different specifications of aluminium bars. It can bend triangular, huge, square, main side, arc and other shapes.
7. Insulating glass sealant line. The second sealant for insulating glass, the gluing system can be connected with the production line to improve the production efficiency. With automatic glue replenishment automatic glue adjustment function to complete the elimination of artificial, standardised production line is manual gluing from the quality and cost is incomparable.
