When the glass material is known, such as ordinary glass or tempered glass, the fracture strength of the original glass can be determined according to the glass strength design theory. Because the glass produced by the insulating glass machine is composed of two (or more) pieces of glass, the perimeter is sealed to form a sealed airtight layer. When one side is loaded, the glass on the airtight layer deforms and compresses the gas in the hollow layer, and the gas pressure increases, thereby transferring part of the load to the other side. Therefore, in the gas-sealed state, the insulating glass is a double-layer or multi-layer flat glass, which is made of an aluminum frame bonded with butyl glue and polysulfide glue, and a desiccant is injected into it.

The original glass used to produce insulating glass must meet the corresponding standard requirements and pass the inspection before it can be used. For glass from different batches of different manufacturers, first check whether there is color difference, and use the glass with larger color difference in different projects or different facades. The cutting size of the glass piece should be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the drawing. At the same time, the operator should pay attention to the surface of the glass, and there should be no obvious defects such as scratches and bubbles. Selection of aluminum strip angle: The thickness of the aluminum strip angle should be 0.30mm~0.35mm, and the thickness should be uniform, and the air holes should be evenly distributed. After the aluminum strip is anodized or decontaminated, it is necessary to select products of good quality and high grade to improve the utilization rate of the aluminum strip.

The advantages of insulating glass equipment are energy saving and environmental protection. The energy consumption of modern buildings is mainly air conditioning and lighting, the former accounting for 55% and the latter accounting for 23%. Glass is a very thin material in the building's exterior wall that is easy to conduct heat. Most of the insulating glass production lines used by glass factories are automatic plate pressing or roller pressing production equipment. The speed of its production rhythm mainly depends on the plate pressing speed and the cleaning speed of the glass washing machine. If you want to improve the sample yield rate, you must implement self-inspection and mutual inspection of each process before assembly, from the inspection of the upper film, the production of aluminum frames to the coating of butyl rubber, etc., and pay special attention to the quality inspection of the frame upper process, because basically any defects can be found in this process, and it is easier to correct before assembly.
