Insulating glass processing equipment can complete the processing and production of insulating glass with high efficiency and high quality, and enjoys a high reputation in the insulating glass processing industry. All insulating glass equipment has its own operating procedures. When operating the insulating glass production line, the operator must strictly follow the operating procedures of the insulating glass processing equipment. The operating procedures of the insulating glass processing equipment are as follows:

1. Start-up sequence of the insulating glass production line: First check whether there is sufficient water in the water tank of the insulating glass equipment, then turn on the water pump and adjust the water spray pipe above the white sponge roller to ensure that all positions of the sponge roller can be flushed. Then clean the impurities and dirt on the sponge roller by hand, and ensure that the sponge roller is completely soaked and expanded. Note that when starting the insulating glass production line in winter, be sure not to open the cleaning conveyor first. In winter, two adjacent sponge rollers will be frozen together. If the transmission is opened without being soaked, the sponge roller will be torn.

2. Open the cleaning conveyor and place the insulating glass to be processed on the conveyor wheel. Pay attention to the fact that the glass must be placed stably to prevent the glass from falling and injuring people during the conveyance process.

3. The butyl glue applied on the aluminum spacer strip must be even and applied on the entire surface of the aluminum strip to prevent glue leakage and burrs. And use high-quality butyl glue to ensure that the aluminum strip and glass are firmly bonded together. Do not allow dust to stick to the aluminum spacers after they are coated with glue.

4. The two-component sealant should be applied firmly and the surface should be kept smooth, especially at the corners to prevent air leakage and air run-off.
