Maintenance of vertical insulating glass production line

The maintenance and upkeep of the fully automatic insulating glass production line is a task that we need to pay attention to for a long time. Only by maintaining the insulating glass equipment well can we reduce unnecessary troubles in the work. Routine maintenance and upkeep of the machine is very important. You should always observe the moving parts, water system, air system, and electrical system of the machine. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

1. Maintenance of the transmission system: Calcium-based grease is regularly added to each transmission roller bearing, brush roller bearing, transmission bearing, sprocket, and gear; the reducer is replaced with 50#-70# gear oil every six months.

2. Maintenance of the air duct system: Check the operation of the fan regularly, and stop it for maintenance immediately if there is any abnormal sound. Regularly clean the air inlet filter to reduce air suction resistance and improve the cleanliness of the glass surface after air drying.

3. Maintenance of the waterway system: The water used in the cleaning section of the insulating glass production line is recycled. The water in the water tank should be replaced in time to ensure the quality of the cleaning water. The quality of water directly affects the cleanliness of the glass surface after drying. In addition, it is recommended to clean the water tank once a month and check the water spray condition of the water spray pipe frequently. If there is any blockage, it should be cleaned in time.

4. Maintenance of the air system: drain the water from the filter regularly, refuel the oil mist, and check the operation of the air compressor regularly. If there is any abnormal sound, stop it immediately for inspection. Ensure that the system pressure is controlled at 0.6-0.8MPa

5. Maintenance of electrical components: The working environment has a great impact on electrical components. Due to long-term use and the influence of temperature, humidity, vibration, dust and other environments, their performance will undergo some changes.

Therefore, it is necessary to keep the working environment relatively constant and perform regular inspection and maintenance. This can extend the service life of the machine and reduce production losses caused by sudden failures.
