‌ Preparation and treatment of original glass ‌ : First of all, choose high-quality original glass, usually float glass, embossed glass, heat-absorbing glass or tempered glass. The thickness of the glass can be selected according to the demand, such as 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12mm and so on. The glass needs to be cut by the glass cutting machine, the glass edging machine, the glass cleaning machine and the drying process to ensure that the surface is clean and scratch free. ‌

‌ processing of aluminum spacer ‌ : aluminum spacer is divided into two kinds: bendable and non-bendable, according to the design requirements for processing. The bendable aluminum spacers are bent on the automatic aluminum bar bending machine, while the non-bendable ones are connected through four corner inserts. ‌

‌ The making of the hollow layer ‌ : In the process of making the insulating glass, the molecular sieve is first filled in the aluminum spacer by the Feizi sun filling machine to absorb the moisture in the hollow layer. Then, the edge of the aluminum spacer strip is evenly coated with butyl glue, and then the aluminum spacer strip coated with butyl glue is glued to the first piece of glass, and the sheet is automatically closed to form a closed hollow layer.

sealing treatment ‌ : The finished insulating glass is sent to the closed section of the automatic insulating glass production line, and the tablet is pressed through the four corners of the equipment to ensure that the air in the hollow layer is excluded and the glass and aluminum spacer are closely fitted. Finally, the automatic sealing line is applied to the frame of the insulating glass to enhance the sealing and stability.

‌ Subsequent treatment and quality inspection ‌ : The finished insulating glass should be dried in a ventilated and dry place to ensure that the sealant and structural adhesive are fully cured. Quality testing is then carried out, including appearance inspection, sealing test and thermal and sound insulation performance test, to ensure that the product meets the requirements of the standard.
