Structure and performance

The insulating glass production line has four main sections: feeding section, cleaning and drying section, inspection section and sealing section. The four sections are placed vertically with the same inclination Angle, which has the advantages of compact structure, economical and practical, high efficiency and easy maintenance. The cleaning box is made of stainless steel, and the transfer roll is acid-alkali resistant rubber roll. The glass cleaning can be conveniently observed at any time through the plexiglass window; The feeding section and cleaning and drying section are driven by manual stepless speed regulating motor, and the glass runs smoothly at the best speed. The glass surface can be dried by using a large wind tilting knife in the drying section. The inspection section is provided with a lamp, which can clearly check the cleaning quality of the glass; The composite segment has a glass positioning device and an aluminum frame positioning device, which can complete the functions of glass positioning and aluminum frame positioning. The glass is supported and transmitted by the transfer roller, which is driven by the motor (roller press section motor) through the frequency conversion governor through the sprocket. The glass enters this section at a low speed from the cleaning and drying section, and accelerates to the next working section after passing the inspection to improve work efficiency; The running speed of the speed regulating motor in this section is controlled by the frequency conversion governor, and the photoelectric switch controls the glass into the next working section.

The cleaning water system of the insulating glass equipment is a circulation system, and the water tank is equipped with a constant temperature water heating device, and the water temperature can be automatically maintained in a reasonable range.

The water is extracted from the water tank by the pump, sprayed onto the glass surface by the spray pipe, and then flows back to the water tank after cleaning the glass. If the water quality is poor, need to be equipped with water treatment device (user), water after treatment into the tank, according to the above steps for recycling.

Air path system: The glass is blown dry by the fan through two pairs of inclined blades.

Installation condition

The plant where the insulating glass equipment is installed should have the air source and the three-phase four-wire power supply configuration of 380V/220V (50Hz) AC power supply, that is, three-phase live line and one-phase neutral line; Solid concrete floor; Industrial water sources, drains, clean and dust-free sites.

Debugging method

1. Gently place the insulating glass production line in the installation position and correctly place the position order of each section of the production line.

2, fuselage leveling. Adjust the machine base to raise the height of the flat bolt, so that the conveyor roller and the supporting surface of the nylon wheel are equal, the back wheel on the inclined frame is coplanar, each segment is relatively parallel, and then lock the nut.

3. Fasten the parts that need to be connected between the sections and connect the transmission chain from the feeding section to the cleaning and drying section. Place the fan and water tank correctly, and connect the air pipe and water pipe according to the water and air system diagram.

4. Comprehensively check whether all fastener connections of the machine are loose due to transportation vibration, and tighten them one by one (especially whether the connection of each terminal is loose).

5, grounding wire with a cross-sectional area of not less than 4 square millimeters of soft copper core yellow-green insulated wire, grounding resistance is not more than 4 ohms.

6, connect the air source, check whether the pipeline is smooth, there is no damage. The air source pressure must be 0.6 to 0.8Mpa.

7, turn on the power, test whether the rotation direction of each motor is correct, and whether each section of the drive sprocket is flexible and stable.

8. Clean the whole machine and sort out the working interval.
