2. According to the type of lamination, the insulating glass production line is divided into three types: external lamination, internal lamination and internal and external lamination. The advantage of the external joint sheet is that it can be used to build insulating glass with partitions and inner leaf shutters. The advantage of the inner and outer joints is that they have the functions and advantages of both the inner and outer joints, and are suitable for making any form of insulating glass. If you have sufficient funds, it is recommended to choose this type of insulating glass line; the advantages of the inner joints are: The lamination method and performance are relatively stable, and the positioning is accurate. It can handle large and small pieces of insulating glass, but external lamination cannot. The cost of the hollow line of the internal lamination method is relatively low, more economical and applicable, and suitable for adoption by start-up insulating glass factories.
The output of a vertical insulating glass production line can reach about 1,000 pieces per day per shift. The efficiency of horizontal insulating glass equipment is relatively low, which is far behind the vertical type, and it also takes up more manpower. In comparison, the advantages of vertical hollow wires in all aspects are more obvious. In the insulating glass process, some processes can be realized manually, such as cutting glass, two-component glue, molecular sieve filling, etc., which can all be realized manually. If you have difficulty with funds in the early stage, you may not configure relevant equipment for the time being. However, if you want to make qualified insulating glass, a vertical insulating glass line and a butyl glue coating machine are indispensable. Of course, high-quality insulating glass is difficult to achieve without insulating glass equipment with superior performance.
