Equipment Features:
1. Three pairs of brushes for chambered cleaning, equipped with high-pressure water sprayer to ensure thorough cleaning. All brushes are made of soft high-temperature filaments to prevent damage to the coated surface of coated glass.
2. The cleaning chamber is covered with an acrylic water shield, which is easy to dismantle for maintenance.
3. The cleaning machine box allows direct observation of the glass conveyance and cleaning process through acrylic glass during operation.
4. The cleaning and drying section adopts stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, ensuring smooth glass operation at an appropriate speed and achieving maximum speed when in transit.
5. The water system includes a secondary water circulation system, cleaning water system, and rinsing water system to enhance the cleaning effectiveness of the glass.
6. The surface of protective plates is treated with baked paint for aesthetic appearance and durability.
7. It adopts well-known domestic and international brands for low-voltage electrical components, sensors, ensuring safety, reliability, and long service life.
8. This machine is mainly used for cleaning and pre-treatment in the production of insulating glass, tempered glass, and flat glass deep processing.
9. The steel structure and protective cover of the cleaning machine are all made of high-quality brushed stainless steel, with scraper blade sealing and air filter circulation air device.
10. Three pairs of high-temperature nylon brushes are independently driven by three asynchronous motors for cleaning. High-pressure water nozzles are detachable and easy to maintain. The gap between the conveying rollers is automatically adjustable, making it easy to clean different thicknesses and types of glass. The machine automatically adjusts the tension and pressure of the conveying rollers for cleaning different thicknesses of glass.
11. The clean water can be recycled using a submersible pump for water supply. The water tank has a heating device to heat the water to around 50 degrees Celsius for better glass cleaning.
12. The air knife adopts a stainless steel inclined air knife produced by CNC bending technology, forming high-pressure filtered and pressurized air. The dried air is blown onto the glass at the optimal angle for effective cleaning and drying.
13. It features a circulating air device with heating function, using oil-free lubricated stainless steel waterproof bearings to avoid secondary water pollution. The design eliminates the possibility of glass passing through strong wind pressure, driving floating oil molecules. The glass surface will not exhibit bright spots when oil molecules adhere and encounter natural light.
