11. The interval frame is manually placed on the conveyor belt. When it passes through the sensor, the transfer roller and gluing valve automatically operate according to the set program.

12. The swinging cylinder moves, the pressure roller presses down, and the aluminum interval frame advances. When the interval frame reaches the gluing head, gluing is initiated, evenly coating the aluminum interval frame with glue.

13. When the other side of the interval frame is about to reach the pressure roller, the pressure roller lifts. When it moves away from the gluing head, the glue valve automatically closes, stopping the gluing. The entire process is controlled by a PC and can be adjusted through the human-machine interface by touch.
